Hey Julianne,

This upcoming week will be especially exciting for me because the mixing of the new album should be finished. While it may take a further week or so to make any final tweaks, and to master the tracks, once it's all done we can choose which song will be the first single.. and I’d like your help.

When the tracks are mastered, we’ll post short clips of a number of the finished songs on the website. Then, I'll check out your comments in the messages section. There are so many words of encouragement already in the messages, it's awesome. They mean a lot to Brendan and I and everyone who has been working so hard to make this album a reality. And now your thoughts and comments will help us choose the first single!

Thank you! It was so cool and helpful reading all your comments and insights on what the first single should be! ...We got it! I really loved going through all the messages and understanding your perspective.

With the first single under our belt -- we're putting together a concept for what the video should be (I love this stuff), and making arrangements to shoot it.

Oh, and the first single is "Trip Around The World".

Happy Holidays Julianne!!

It's the time of year where we think of the special people in our lives. No matter how tough the past year may have been, it's time to give thanks for the music and love and friends and family that can be there for us, through it all.

Thank you for being there. I feel blessed to be connected to my fans. 2010 will see the release of the Voodoo album, and Brendan and I will be asking for your support in spreading the word about it! We start shooting the video for the first single (Trip Around the World) in New Orleans on January 12th, and after that - the video and single release!!

Can't wait..

Trip Around The World is being released as a single to radio in Canada the day after tomorrow!

You helped choose this single. Thank you. I can’t wait for you to hear it. Wherever you are in the world on February 2nd, you will be able to stream it by going to the Music/Videos section, starting around 9:00am ET.

As radio stations start to play Trip, we’ll let you know so you can visit their websites to request it!

One more thing, you are now one of the first to know: the full Voodoo album is officially scheduled for release on Tuesday, March 30th.

Wanted to let you know that Virgin Radio 95.3 in Vancouver has started to play Trip Around the World.. you can listen to them online by going to www.vancouver.virginradio.ca

And while you're there, if you want to go to the Virgin Radio Music page and register, you can send a request for the song!

And Wired 96.3 in Saskatoon has also started playing Trip, requests there can go to heydj@wired963.com or phone at (306) 938-0963.
