In the upcoming Hannah Montana episode “The Wheel Near My Bed (Keeps On Turnin’),” When Lilly’s (Osment) mom (former guest star Heather Locklear) accepts a job in Atlanta, Robby (Billy Ray Cyrus) invites Lilly to move into the Stewart home.But after Lilly overhears Miley (Miley Cyrus) complaining about their new living arrangement, she picks up and moves into her dad Kenneth’s (Cryer) cramped apartment only to find his antics even more harebrained than Miley’s.“The Wheel Near My Bed (Keeps On Turnin’)” premieres Sunday, February 21 @ 8PM ET/PT on Disney Channel.
