Miley Cyrus 'Sold' On Liam Hemsworth After First Date

Miley Cyrus had no doubt that she and Liam Hemsworth, her "Last Song" co-star and real-life boyfriend, would have chemistry after she met him for the first time. As soon as he arrived at Starbucks for their first "co-star" date, she knew that he was the right guy for her and for the part.

"He's cute. He plays my boyfriend in the movie, which is very convenient," she joked when she stopped by "The Tonight Show" to chat with Jay Leno on Thursday. "I met him two weeks before filming. We went on a Starbucks date. That's what you do when you meet your co-star that you have to be kissing for months and months and months, and I was sold."

That encounter made kissing him on the very first day of filming very easy. "[Our first kiss] was on the first day of filming in the movie," she said. "We have this scene where we frolic in the water. So I frolic very well apparently, and after that I got to keep him."

Cyrus and Hemsworth have only been dating for about 10 months, but she says that they've already checked out each other's parents to see how well they will age in the future. "He looked good and he's got a full head of hair," she said about her beau's dad. And as for her mom, Tish, Cyrus joked, "My mom's hot, so ... No, I'm very aware [she's hot]. I think that was the only reason why I had any guy friends."

Miley Cyrus And Liam Hemsworth Walk The Red Carpet For The Last Song

Check out our first look at Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth walking down the red carpet for the Los Angeles premiere of their new film, The Last Song. Doesn't Miley look gorgeous in her leather dress? She and Liam make a beautiful couple. Set and shot primarily in Tybee Island, Georgia, nearby Savannah also served as a movie location for The Last Song. Sparks originally envisioned the story unfolding in North Carolina (as do many of his stories), and Disney Pictures originally planned to make the movie there. Several states engaged in an incentives “bidding war” for the production, however, and Georgia ultimately triumphed.

When the location manager found it difficult to recreate Tybee Island to look like North Carolina, the scriptwriters were persuaded to change the story’s setting. Sparks’ novel of the same name – which, interestingly, was actually finished after the screenplay – remains set in North Carolina.

The Last Song's storyline centers on Veronica “Ronnie” Miller (Cyrus), a 17-year-old former prodigy pianist who was angered by her parents’ divorce and abandoned her musical studies as a result. Frustrated, Ronnie’s mother (Preston) sends the teen to summer with her father (Kinnear), a former concert pianist and Julliard School professor who moved to laid-back Georgia after the divorce. Initially, Ronnie is miserable in the sleepy community and generally hostile toward everyone she encounters, including the handsome Will Blakelee (Hemsworth). As the summer unfolds, a relationship with Will develops and helps her reconnect with her father and, ultimately, with her art.

Cyrus does not sing in the film (although one of her songs is incorporated in the soundtrack), but she learned to play classical piano for the part. She also received training to lose her Southern accent since it wouldn’t fit with the New York-born-and-raised Ronnie characterization. The young star told MTV last September:
I changed a lot when I was in Tybee Island. I feel like art really does imitate life. So just showing this movie, I feel like I'm really showing a part of my growth as a person as well. So I'm really excited for people to see it, just because of what it means to me, personally."

When asked earlier this month at the Academy Awards, the 17-year-old Cyrus confirmed she is dating her 19-year-old co-star, Liam Hemsworth, and coyly answered, “maybe” when asked if she was in love.

Alexz Johnson Style Interview

At the age of 18, British Columbia born Alexz Johnson landed the role of a lifetime playing music competition winner Jude Harrison in the award winning drama series Instant Star. For four seasons Alexz was able to combine her own musical talent with her passion for acting starring in the hit show that made her a star in Canada and throughout the U.S. The show ended in 2008 and during her hiatus from filming, Alexz has had the chance to re-invent herself and work with songwriters from around the world.

On March 30th, Alexz will release her debut album, entitled Voodoo, with Orange Lounge Recordings new imprint, inDiscover. The concept of the album is reminiscent of something out of old Hollywood. The tracks, which were all written by Alexz and her brother Brendan, are listed as scenes and the album’s art direction is based on old ‘50s style films. Christopher Turner, Sympatico’s Fashionist, had the chance to sit down with Alexz at a recent Toronto photo shoot and ask about her evolving style, her upcoming music video, her love of vintage and more…here’s what she had to say:

Christopher: Tell me a little bit about your personal style… how would you describe it?
Alexz: My sense of style, well I always try to go by the rule that you wear the clothes and that the clothes don’t wear you! I don’t feel like I’m super trendy, I just go with classic styles, but I also really love French New Wave. But, comfort is the most important thing on stage.

Christopher: Is there a difference in what you wear onstage as opposed to offstage?
Alexz: Definitely. I am very ‘less is more’. I try not to go overboard on stage because I want it to be more about the music.

Christopher: I know you have a show tomorrow night here in Toronto. Tell me about your on-stage style.
Alexz: It changes all the time! Usually it’s black pants, a black jacket, maybe a sheer tank top. Sometimes there’s a hat. Maybe a great jacket with shoulder pads, or a men’s suit that’s really fitted. I like structure but I don’t want the audience to focus on what I’m wearing… I want it to be about the music. I’m not trying to be a fashion designer, but I do like to have fun with fashion!

Christopher: What is your one must-have fashion item?
Alexz: It’s all about the jacket!

Christopher: Let’s talk about the cover of your upcoming album Voodoo! I heard you may have had a little to do with the styling and the concept…
Alexz: I did! What was so cool about this entire process was I got to be so hands on creatively. I just had this idea – old cinema covers. Each song on the record really represents a different theme from a movie, and I wanted to capture that on the cover.

Christopher: I also heard you shot the video for your first single in January. What kind of style can we expect to see you rockin’ in it?
Alexz: We shot Trip Around the World in New Orleans. It was a blast. There are lots of hats and lots of the 1960s!

Christopher: Do you work with a stylist yourself or do you try to stick to your own personal style?
Alexz: I’ve worked with some great stylist! But I also know what I like and I know what I don’t like.

Christopher: What’s the most stylin’ music video you’ve ever seen?
Alexz: The Kooks – Ooh La

Christopher: Who are a few of your favourite designers?
Alexz: It’s heartbreaking about Alexander McQueen. He was revolutionary. I also love Stella McCartney.

Christopher: You have one day out shopping and an unlimited budget – what would you buy?
Alexz: I find some of my best pieces in vintage stores so I would definitely go vintage shopping. But I would also want to hit Holt Renfrew and find some great jackets!

Christopher: If you weren’t singing…
Alexz: I’d probably have been a doctor, or focused on humanitarian work! I get really passionate about anything I do, and I like to connect with people.

Christopher: I hear you like to do your own makeup
Alexz: Yeah I’m kinda funny that way. I’ve been working in film with makeup artist since I was 12 and I really know what works for me, but I do like to have fun with make-up.

Christopher: What are some of your favourite products?
Alexz: I love Smashbox and Kiehl’s, Aveda hair products and Nars eye shadows. Laura Mercier has amazing concealers. Mac lipsticks…

Christopher: Favourite item in your makeup bag is?
Alexz: It’s a tinted lip and cheek stain called “benetint” from Benefit Cosmetics.

Christopher: I love your jewelry. Are you a big accessory girl?
Alexz: I’m not actually a big accessory person. But the jewelry I do wear, they were all gifts and are really special to me.

Christopher: You’ve just flown in from L.A. Any L.A. red carpet experiences you want to share?
Alexz: I was at this event on Friday and I got to wear this beautiful dress designed by Julia Clancey (www.juliaclancey.com) from London. She’s an amazing designer. There were all these dresses and I got to pick out this dress to wear to a pre-Oscar party. It was beautiful.

Christopher: Speaking of the Oscars. Who were your picks for “Best Dressed” on this year’s red carpet?
Alexz: Helen Mirren was incredible and Sandra Bullock looked beautiful. Jeff Bridges looked awesome!

Christopher: What about past red carpets? Does anything stick out in your mind?
Alexz: Sharon Stone when she wore that white dress shirt!

Voodoo is available on-line now and in stores on Tuesday March 30, 2010!

How Miley Cyrus Found Love When Her Boyfriend Opened the Door

Miley Cyrus's boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth, opened the door to the pop singer's heart – literally.

When the couple, who have been dating about 10 months, first met on the Tybee Island, Georgia, set of The Last Song, "he opened the door for me," Cyrus tells Ellen DeGeneres on The Ellen DeGeneres Show set to air March 31. "I was like, I have been in L.A. for three years and I don't think any guy has actually opened the door for me."

That polite gesture made quite the impression on the 17-year-old: "I was like, wow, that is super impressive. I actually turned to the director and said, 'He's got the job.' He's hot and he opened the door. Excellent."

There were some early stumbling blocks, admitted Cyrus, who said she was taking a hiatus from dating when she met the Australian actor, 20.

Miley Cyrus: Liam's Parents Love Her

We're all aware that Miley Cyrus is dating Liam Hemsworth, her hot, tall Australian Last Song costar and that they’re all official, but just how serious is it? Well, she's already met his parents...

"Yeah, they loved her," Liam tells Michael Yo on tonight's Daily 10. Mom and pop Hemsworth were introduced to their son's GF on a recent trip to his hometown in Australia.

"It was really cool to show Miley where I'm from and how I grew up, and it's a completely different world to where she's from," Liam went on. "We don't have shopping centers or traffic lights or anything like that, where I live at least."

And Miley says she loved it Down Under, too—mostly because the paparazzi there are way cooler than the ones here...

"It was awesome, I really like Australia," Miley tells M.Yo. "You know what? The media's really cool there, too. Even though there's paparazzi, they kind of stay their distance; it was kind of like Nashville by the sea actually, the town he's from."

Miley Cyrus: Toluca Lake Cruisin Cutie

Spending the day cruising around town, Miley Cyrus was spotted out and about in Toluca Lake, California on Monday (March 15).

Clad in a pair of stonewashed jeans, a v-neck white t-shirt and plenty accessories, the Disney darling proudly showed off her new Mercedes as she ran a few errands.

In related news, Miss Cyrus recently chatted with press - admitting that her mom has a crush on her 19-year-old boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth.

She tells, “I don’t know who had a bigger crush on him at the beginning, my mom or me. I was like, ‘No, maybe he’s just too pretty. I don’t want to be with someone who’s better looking than me. That’s like awkward.’ ”

Miley Cyrus and Boyfriend Dish About Their 'Last Song' Kissing Scene

Canvas background demo

Miley Cyrus shares the big-screen with her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth in Disney's 'The Last Song.' The young lovebirds chirped about kissing in front of Miley's mom, Tish, who was the film's executive producer.

Liam told ET's Kevin Frazier, "Her mom was watching. Her grandma was also watching, which was really funny. She was on set everyday and she'd be right at the monitor with the headphones on…She should have been directing the film. She knew more about it than anyone." He also admitted, "Intimacy's always tough. I feel like it's the hardest thing for me as an actor."

Miley blushed: "I don't know who had a bigger crush on him at the beginning, my mom or me. I was like, 'No, maybe he's just too pretty. I don't want to be with someone who's better looking than me. That's like awkward.'"

In theaters March 31 and adapted from best-selling author Nicholas Sparks' latest novel of the same name, 'The Last Song' finds Miley playing a rebellious teen sent to spend her summer with her estranged father (Greg Kinnear).

Miley Cyrus Grandmother Was Watching When She Had Her First Kiss With Her Boyfriend Liam Hemsworth

The 17-year-old star began dating Liam when they both appeared in new movie The Last Song. Miley and Liam’s characters fall in love in the film and they first began to develop feelings for each other in real life when they locked lips in front of the camera. However, Liam was careful not get too carried away because Miley’s family were often on the set and her mother Tish was the movie’s executive producer.

"Her mom was watching. Her grandma was also watching, which was really funny,” he revealed to ET Online when talking about the kissing scene. “She was on set everyday and she'd be right at the monitor with the headphones on… She should have been directing the film. She knew more about it than anyone. Intimacy's always tough. I feel like it's the hardest thing for me as an actor."

Miley was attracted to the Australian hunk the first time she met him and claims she wasn’t the only one to notice his good looks. Although she quickly developed feelings for 19-year-old Liam, the singer-and-actress wasn’t sure if his handsome face would prove to be a problem.

She said: "I don't know who had a bigger crush on him at the beginning, my mom or me. I was like, 'No, maybe he's just too pretty. I don't want to be with someone who's better looking than me. That's like awkward.' "

In The Last Song, Miley plays a rebellious teenager who is sent to spend a summer with her estranged father, played by Greg Kinnear.

Hannah Montana Celebrates Military Families

Miley Cyrus and her dad Billy Ray Cyrus taped a new episode of Disney Channel's hit series "Hannah Montana" on Friday, and ET's got the details.

The special "Hannah" episode was taped before a studio audience filled with families of the armed services.

The young guests on hand, many of whom have deployed parents, were invited to appear in the episode (which is scheduled to air this August), and they recorded greetings to their parents.

How This Boy From Oz Impressed Hannah Montana

HAVING an Australian boyfriend has been a little confusing for teen superstar Miley Cyrus.

Cyrus, 17, and actor Liam Hemsworth, 20, cemented their status as one of Hollywood's hottest young couples when they walked the red carpet at last week's Academy Awards.

"The thing Liam says that always makes me laugh is 'Bob's your uncle,''' Cyrus said.

''I'm like 'What are you saying? Who's Bob? What are you talking about?' He always says it and I say, 'I don't know what you are talking about but it is hilarious.'''

The daughter of singer Billy Ray Cyrus met Hemsworth - younger brother of actor Chris Hemsworth - on the set of their new film The Last Song.

Cyrus visited the Hemsworth family home on Phillip Island in Victoria in January. She said one of the things that first impressed her about Hemsworth was his drive to leave Australia to try to make it big in Hollywood.

''It took a lot of guts,'' she said.

''He moved away from his family and he didn't know whether he was going to get work or not but he did.''

Miley Cyrus: 'I'm an honest performer'

Miley Cyrus has insisted that she is an "honest" performer.

The Last Song star told KIIS FM in Phoenix that she is "super stoked" about the movie's release.

"[I hope] for the first time people will take me seriously," she said. "[If not], I'm ready for the ups and downs. I'm so excited - no-one can take that away from me."

Cyrus added that she tries not to let people's criticism upset her too much.

"I may not be the best singer in the world, but I don't lip-sync," she explained. "I'm honest. I'm honest in acting, too - I'm going to choose roles I like. I'm doing what I like. People that are dogging me probably aren't, which is why they're down on me. I want to tell them, 'Go get a hobby!'"

Cyrus has previously claimed that her role in The Last Song is her "breakout moment".

Miley Cyrus And Liam Hemsworth Not Living Together

MILEY Cyrus has denied reports she has shacked up with her Aussie boyfriend Liam Hemsworth.

The Hannah Montana star, 17, insists she and Liam aren’t living together and his hit out at the “creepers” who say otherwise.

“No,” she said when asked about the rumors Liam had moved in with her. “How would anyone know who lives with me or not?

“No one’s ever been in my house, no one’s ever like… no creepers who write in magazines have ever seen my house, ever talked to my parents, ever, like, spoken with my friends.

“So they have nothing better to do than make up stories. I think they should take their ideas and put them somewhere useful.”

Miley recently revealed she fancied Liam — her costar in upcoming movie The Last Song — because he’s so polite.

“He definitely showed chivalry,” she said earlier this week. “I remember him opening the door for the director and I was like, Wow.”

Nicholas Sparks, Miley Cyrus Share A 'Last Song' Love Story

Nicholas Sparks has no love for people who call his stories "romances."

The mega-best-selling author of The Notebook, A Walk to Remember, Nights in Rodanthe, Dear John and Message in a Bottle stands in the aisle of Book Soup, literally and figuratively defending his turf.

"If you look for me, I'm in the fiction section. Romance has its own section," he says toward the end of a long conversation. Sunshine streams in from Sunset Boulevard. He's smiling. Hard.

"I don't write romance novels." His preferred terminology: "Love stories — it's a very different genre. I would be rejected if I submitted any of my novels as romance novels."

Rejection isn't something he has had to deal with lately. Sparks holds the No. 1 and No. 2 positions on USA TODAY's Best-Selling Books list with The Last Song, a novel turned movie vehicle for Miley Cyrus, and Dear John, recently released as a movie with Amanda Seyfried and Channing Tatum.

The Last Song movie, opening March 31, features Cyrus as a morose piano prodigy, reluctantly spending the summer with her estranged, dying father (Greg Kinnear). Cyrus' real-life boyfriend, Aussie actor Liam Hemsworth, 20, plays a kid who falls for her.

They met on the shoot, which means Sparks is a matchmaker of sorts. When Cyrus joins Sparks in the stacks at Book Soup, he asks about her weekend: "What'd you do for fun? Out with Liam?"

Cyrus smiles widely. "At first, he was working, so I was cute," she says. "I went and got him coffee, bought him an Elvis CD and went and gave it to him at the photo shoot."

Sparks sighs. The North Carolina native spent his time watching football in his hotel room.

Hollywood has been good to Sparks, and now he's returning the favor, crafting both the novel and the screenplay for The Last Song as a steppingstone for the Disney super-starlet, now 17, as she transitions from Hannah Montana, which is shooting its final season,to more mature roles.

Despite his status, Sparks, 44, says he alone was not enough to get the movie made. He told Disney about the story idea, and the studio expressed interest in it as a vehicle for Cyrus — but there were still a lot of maybes.

"It was not greenlit from the moment they got me on the project. She had to like it at the end, and Disney had to like it at the end."

Nothing personal, but …

Cyrus confesses that, well, she never finished the novel, originally published in hardcover last September. "With the book, I've only gotten through part of The Last Song," Cyrus says sheepishly. "Because the movie started first."

Sparks feigns being stricken, but then says: "I don't know if I ever watched a Hannah Montana show. ... Nothing personal. My daughters do every day."

" 'Nothing personal. I just hate her show,' " Cyrus says, laughing and mocking his voice.

The Last Song ended up being tailored to her tastes. "It's got things I would like," Cyrus says. "Even the name — I picked 'Ronnie' for my granddad. Things like that. But it was not written to make it easy for me, either."

The character is musical, but she's not singing Party in the USA. "She didn't want to sing," says Sparks, who wrote her instead as a classical pianist.

Ronnie actually seems like the type of girl who used to be a big Hannah Montana fan herself, but not anymore. "Exactly!" Cyrus says with a laugh. "Anything that would make her parents happy is something she doesn't want to do."

And though The Last Song is not as squeaky-clean as her Disney Channel show, the PG-rated movie is still very "chaste" (Sparks' word). "My own opinion is: dark — easy to write. Easy!" he says. "I find no challenge in it."

Instead, he aims for the hopeful, which may be what his fans love. If Stephen King injects magic and the supernatural into a secular, disbelieving world, and John Grisham provides people in suits with a pulse of adventure, Sparks may be filling the holes in the hearts of those who just want a little more love in their lives.

He wrinkles his nose at the theory.

"Mmmmm, OK," he says. "I think, above all, the characters in my novels feel universal to the readers. I feel as if, when they read them, they can feel — for instance, if you take The Last Song— that 'I know a 17-year-old like Ronnie.' And these characters are by no means perfect, but when the going gets rough, they do the right thing. People want to say, 'I would do that.' "

His tales also tend to be punctuated by death. In Nights in Rodanthe, which was made into a film last year with Diane Lane and Richard Gere, a middle-aged woman leaves her husband to oversee a beachside bed-and-breakfast, only to fall for a doctor who is trying to get over the accidental death of a patient. Love blossoms, but ... tragedy intervenes, adding a sheen of nobility that tugs the heartstrings a little harder than "happily ever after."

Cyrus says the threat of loss in The Last Song makes the viewer or reader feel good while feeling sad. "It is melodramatic," she says. "But there is a sense of celebration, too. Even though it is tragic, we still celebrate a life."

Pardon the interruption

Sparks says: "I'm going to interrupt you there. There's a difference between drama and melodrama; evoking genuine emotion, or manipulating emotion. It's a very fine eye-of-the-needle to thread. And it's very rare that it works. That's why I tend to dominate this particular genre. There is this fine line. And I do not verge into melodrama. It's all drama. I try to generate authentic emotional power."

But, well, he always does kill someone by the end of his tales, usually to maximum handkerchief effect.

"Of course!" Sparks says. "I write in a genre that was not defined by me. The examples were not set out by me. They were set out 2,000 years ago by Aeschylus, Sophocles and Euripides. They were called the Greek tragedies. A thriller is supposed to thrill. A horror novel is supposed to scare you. A mystery is supposed to keep you turning the pages, guessing 'whodunit?'

"A romance novel is supposed to make you escape into a fantasy of romance. What is the purpose of what I do? These are love stories. They went from (Greek tragedies), to Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, then Jane Austen did it, put a new human twist on it. Hemingway did it with A Farewell to Arms."

That's one of his favorites, and he points it out as he walks the aisles of the bookstore.

"Hemingway. See, they're recommending The Garden of Eden, and I read that. It was published after he was dead. It's a weird story about this honeymoon couple, and a third woman gets involved. Uh, it's not my cup of tea." Sparks pulls the one beside it off the shelf. "A Farewell to Arms, by Hemingway. Good stuff. That's what I write," he says, putting it back. "That's what I write."

Cormac McCarthy? "Horrible," he says, looking at Blood Meridian. "This is probably the most pulpy, overwrought, melodramatic cowboy vs. Indians story ever written."

Even hearing a passage about a sunset in which "the mountains in their blue islands stood footless in the void like floating temples" doesn't sway him.

Cyrus pipes up: "The Catcher in the Rye. That's my favorite book." She smiles. J.D. Salinger's classic may be, by law, every 17-year-old's favorite book.

Sparks' favorite tale of youth? "I think A Walk to Remember," he says, citing his own novel. "That's my version of a coming-of-age." He pauses and adds: "You have to sayTo Kill a Mockingbird is an all-time classic."

Any he thinks are overrated?

"I don't like to say bad things about others."

Except McCarthy? "He deserves it," Spark says with a laugh.

Asked what he likes in his own genre, Sparks replies: "There are no authors in my genre. No one is doing what I do."

When others (James Patterson?) are suggested to him, he keeps his lips pursed.

Sparks has been married to his wife, Cathy, since 1989, and they have five children. So when your business is love stories, is it hard to maintain that image with a wife who sometimes sees you sitting around, unshaven, eating pizza and watching a football game? "No, my wife and I are best friends," he says.

And you can't always be a living romance novel.

There's that word again

Sparks cringes at the word: romance. But since it comes up again, isn't he kind of splitting hairs with this whole "love story" vs. "romance" thing?

"No, it's the difference between Cinderella and Romeo and Juliet," he says. "(Romances) are all essentially the same story: You've got a woman, she's down on her luck, she meets the handsome stranger who falls desperately in love with her, but he's got these quirks, she must change him, and they have their conflicts, and then they end up happily ever after."

Some might say that's the plot to Nights in Rodanthe, apart from the happy ending.

Sparks disagrees. "No, the themes in love stories are different. In mine, you never know if it's going to be a happy ending, sad ending, bittersweet or tragic. You read a romance because you know what to expect. You read a love story because you don't know what to expect."

Is it annoying when someone doesn't see the distinction? "Uh, no," he says. "But it has been a struggle."

When the interview is over, he has a question of his own.

"You going to call it a romance novel?" he asks.

Miley And Liam TEEN VOGUE Photo Shoot

SORRY THIS POST IS A LITTLE LATE...

Miley Cyrus
and Liam Hemsworth's sexy new TEEN VOGUE photo shoot! Video under. How did you change after filming in Tybee? In LA, I had so many security blankets, people helping me with everything. I tried to book my friend a flight, and I didn't know how because I was used to someone doing it for me. I didn't want a babysitter anymore. I came to Tybee Island crying harder than I had ever cried in my life, and I left with the biggest smile on my face.

First impression of Liam? 'He's really tall. I thought, Either I'm going to have to be in heels or standing on something for this entire movie! He definitely showed chivalry: I remember him opening the door for the director, and I was like, Wow.. I think we're both deeper than normal people, what they think and how they feel. He's grateful for what he has, but he doesn't let it go to his head. I'm like that too.'

Do you identify with any of the main characters from Sex And The City? 'I know everyone says Carrie, but I love Kim Cattrall, so I'll say Samantha. I want to be her because she's the hottest, she's funny, and she has attitude.'

2010 Oscar's:Miley Cyrus Admits Her Love For Liam Hemsworth

Miley Cyrus may have walked the red carpet solo today, but her Aussie boyfriend Liam Hemsworth wasn’t far from her mind. The two co-star in The Last Song and when E!’s Ryan Seacrest asked about co-starring with her “buddy,” Miley repeated “buddy” in air quotes and then drew a heart in the air with her hands. Ryan asked if the pair were officially dating and Miley said "yes." Ryan kept pressing and asked if they were in love, to which Miley said coyly, “Maybe.” But it’s obvious that Miley is clearly smitten with her Aussie hunk. Hopefully he'll accompany her to the after-parties!

Alexz Johnson CD Baby Album Notes

CD Baby reflects on Voodoo compared to Alexz’s past and compares Voodoo to a refreshing ice-cold can of soda. The debut full-length LP from Alexz Johnson (from the hit show “Instant Star”). Co-written by her brother Brendan, this album is an infusion of 60s lyricism with contemporary rhythms. The only pop more refreshing than this is an ice-cold can of cola. The lyrics from Alexz’ first single ‘Trip Around The World’ speaks volumes of the album’s concept and breadth of work. This album, Voodoo, is a huge departure from her character Jude Harrison from the international hit show, Instant Star. Gone are the theatrics of her old persona, and replacing that is a woman who is ready to show the world who she is an an artist, which can be easily seen in the maturity of her lyrics. From beginning to end, the album radiates spirit and with songs such as Voodoo, audiences catch a glimpse into her personal life as she turns life’s disappointments into opportunities.

Miley Cyrus And Liam Hemsworth’s Baskin Robbins Kiss

Miley Cyrus and boyfriend Liam Hemsworth share a kiss as they are waiting in line at the ice cream shop Baskin Robbins. They walked out of the store hand in hand with goodies of some sort in a box.Miley and Liam will be sharing the red carpet coming up on March 25th, for the premiere of their movie "The Last Song".I imagine they will not walk the red carpet together! That would probably cause some drama and take attention off of the movie itself.

Miley Cyrus And Liam Hemsworth Had Instant Chemistry

Liam Hemsworth literally bumps into Miley Cyrus in the beginning of their upcoming movie, The Last Song.

In this featurette, Miley chats about their characters. “Ronnie and Will have two very different backgrounds. She’s a little more independent, doesn’t have a lot of money; he’s very wealthy, very taken care of by his parents. He definitely has it a bit easier…on the surface. But it turns out his life has been just as crazy as Ronnie’s.

Julie Anne Robinson, the director of the project, also chats about the instant chemistry between Liam and Miley. “There was no fear there from either of them.

The Last Song opens in theaters on March 31st. Will you be seeing it?

Noah Cyrus Dances For Justin Bieber

quick takeMiley may not be his type, but what about little Noah? They’ve got YouTube in common…
A Cyrus, a webcam, a bedroom. No, it’s not a Miley Cyrus sex tape, (we’re still crossing our fingers though), but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy it!Ok, well maybe enjoy is the wrong word. Alas, the latest installment of 10-year-old Noah Cyrus’ ongoing YouTube escapades. While the rest of the Cyrus clan is off kissing Miley’s ass, baby Noah has once again taken to YouTube—this time to dance around her bedroom to Justin Bieber. Miley might not be his type, but maybe Justin will notice little Noah after seeing her spectacular choreography to his song “Bigger.” And if a viral mating-dance isn’t overt enough, the opening proposal “NOAH CYRUS LOVES YOU JUSTIN BIEBER PLEASE MARRY ME!” might do the trick. He is only six years older than her…? Ew, sorry, we won’t go there. Maybe if she were older (or “Bigger”) the pair could get together. What do you think, is Noah’s little jig cute or annoying? Will the videos ever stop? And WHERE are her parents?
